Setting Up Your Arena Manager

1. Open the Config screen first.

a. On the System tab, enter the beginning year (month/year, i.e, 10 5 for October

2005). Note Database: Use this screen to “Create Database Backup” and do this

frequently during a show.

The default database is a file named Arenadata.mdb

You should “Create Database Backup”, then go to the “Change Database” button , which will open a window showing the Arenadata.mdb and a file named Backup on Date x/x/x/  XX-X-XX AM Copy of Arenadata.mdb – right click the “backup” and RENAME it to something appropriate to your group, ABC Jr Rodeo, click entry, and the double click the newly named file. You will now be running on your own database.
